He hadn’t mentioned any trips or anything, for that matter. I sent him a text and haven’t heard back. I don’t know what else we can do - I’m pretty sure sending a cop on a welfare check is over-the-top. All we can do is wait…
Urg. I came in here to say I was crabby. Now I’m crabby and concerned about swampy.
I just did a search for his name on his local news sites and nothing came up. So he’s not in jail at least… or anything else, for that matter.
What about emailing the priest, YP?

I don’t think so. I think it just shows that we’re concerned invisible friends.
I think in today’s age an email with the explanation that he’s a valued member of this community and we’re worried about him would be met without issue.
If someone wants to send a PM to me with the info I would happily do it.
He sometimes posts from work at lunch and such.
I’ve drafted a note to his pastor expressing our concern and asking if he can share anything with us. Guess I’ll go ahead and send it.

Damn, I hope there is nothing wrong, so I can begin kvetching about the gay guys in school getting all the women.
I’ve done enough research to believe I could make some phone calls but at this point I think Mom’s email is more than appropriate for our collective MMP worrying.
Other than not being here for his usual conversations there has been no indication anything abnormal has occurred.
