Let’s see, what’d I learn today? Ah yes:
Throw a birthday party for a 2-year-old. Invite many friends and family members. Serve much food and drink, and give out goofy party favors to everyone under 10 (and thier dads, as we’ve pretty much regressed back this far by this point) and bestow upon the child many presents, some expensive and driven by microchips.
Watch the kid go to bed that night clutching the three cardboard cut out paw prints, from the back of the box to a “Blue’s Clues” related toy.
Realize that price and value are not necessarily correlated.
