Growing up, from time to time I’d hear horror stories about the IRS. Then, in, 1997 I think it was, there were Senate hearings on the subject. But after that, there seemed to be no follow up in the media, that I’m aware of.
As a result of the hearings, the IRS said it would clean up its act, but have they?
