Well, there’s a slight chance next week will be my lucky week since I picked Sanjaya (pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease) but I picked Jordin for the week after. I figured that she or Stephanie would be a victim to the Melinda/Lakisha phenomenon early on, but thought it would be Jordin to go first. With all the Phil hate I thought he was doomed too but he’s still hanging in there.
I can only hope to catch up with the later eliminations.
I’m wondering what temporary insanity I had picking Chris R. at 2!? He must have impressed me with his earlier performances, but he’s sucking wind now.
When I made my picks, I felt like I had the bottom 5 correct and the top 7 correct, but within those “strata,” I felt pretty iffy. So far, it looks like my instincts were on with the “strata” but doing really off with the order. Curses!
I hope my list still has a chance and that I can start getting the order right once the cannon fodder is gone…I can’t imagine a world in which Haley or Sanjaya makes it three more weeks!
