I am trying to hook up my X-box 360 and playstation to my TV, which is through the AT&T Universe box. It’s playing the audio, but not the video. Another strange thing is that the audio of the video game is playing at the same time as the cable/tv audio.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Can you plug the consoles into your TV directly instead of through the AT&T box?
If not, have you tried changing the input source on your AT&T box?
Did you make sure the little switch on the 360 connector that toggles between HDTV and TV is set correctly? And the cables too? Regular TVs should only need the yellow video cable and white and red for audio; HDTVs use the red, green, and blue for video and either the white + red for audio or a SPDIF digital optical audio cable.
What kinda TV do you have and what model AT&T box?
