Forget that tasteless vanilla colored substance between two pieces of brown cardboard. Today I had the queen mother of ice cream sandwiches in the person of a locally made product called Ruby Jewel. The one I had was honey lavender ice cream between two lemon cookies. Un-fookin’-believably good. Of course it may be because it’s 95 degrees today.
