I don’t care about the rest of the season. The van burning up was worth watching!
Have you ever had a road trip where everything went right?

Oh, I think she still looks pretty.
Somebody want to actually work out the force Howard was putting on that lug nut. Because with that size cheater bar he should have snapped off the lug at the very least. And there is no way they could have ignited thermite with a match.
I wonder if Amy’s new piercings will do something for Sheldon?
We are discussing the science used in The Big Bang Theory.
Isn’t geekdom wonderful?
It was kind of nice to see Sheldon be something other than a massive jerk.
Still wondering how they got home in such a timely fashion, though.
Presumably the car fire attracted the attention of the authorities. (I’ve driven past a car fire; the amount of smoke is astonishing.) Once the police and fire departments showed up, I assume the guys were able to, eventually, find their way home.
Too bad. I wanted to see Richard Feynman’s vacation villa.
Probably make him worry about infections that she might pass on to him.
Considering how long Penny has been in California, it was probably for the best as that had to be one of the oldest pigs on the planet.
It was good to see Keith Carradine as Wyatt again.
Yeah, I like his character, as well.
The tabloid press is full of articles about Kaley breaking up with her husband of 21 months, professional tennis player Ryan Sweeting. That has to hard on her.
Jim Parsons, on the other hand, has been in a relationship with his (male) partner for 13 years!
The more I think about it, Feynman makes for rather an odd hero for Sheldon. Feynman was something of a bon vivant, playing the bongos and taking up drawing in his later years. He married three times and was quite devastated by the death of his first wife. And he’s remembered less for his research and more for his teaching, something Sheldon disdains.
Well, not many pigs get to live out their natural lifespan.
They may have simply written the story around the availability of the prop.
No, they mentioned Feynman multiple times on the show over the years, and Sheldon’s admiration for him. That’s why Sheldon took up the bongos a few seasons ago, and learned not to play them while walking down the stairs.
Well, yeah. Sheldon doesn’t wanna go to Mexico… until he realizes he’s in Feynman’s van, headed to Feynman’s old house. THEN he’s all Mr. Enthusiasm.
I was terribly afraid this episode would have Sheldon going all full-on-stalker with Amy. And I’m already sick of that.
It’s possible with a miniature pig. With full-size pigs, highly unlikely but not entirely out of the question.
And a miniature pig is probably easier to run over with a rototiller.
There was the time they went camping to watch a meteor shower or something, and hooked up with hippie grandmas with magic brownies…
Speaking of which, I was hoping they’d find an ancient stash of something in the van and accidentally get wasted…
I’m Miss Opposite, I guess. I liked this episode less than the previous two.
I see they addressed the living arrangements by not addressing it at all. Leonard lives at Penny’s but Sheldon hasn’t realized it yet.
