I’m good with that. Cut off the water and electricity to the building, and besiege the building. No one goes in, and no one comes out without their hands up.
If it seems needful, bring in bulldozers to construct a ring of nice big bullet-stopping earthworks around the building, so that if those bozos inside shoot at the cops/troops outside, nothing will come of it, and nobody outside has to shoot back. Then wait for them to get hungry and thirsty. Then indict and try them on everything applicable, and send them to prison for as long a term as the charges can justify.
And no SWAT teams, no shock-and-awe firepower. No martyrs for the ‘sovereign citizen’ movement to rally around. Just a bunch of wingnut idiots rotting away for years in prison.

My thinking: get cell phone numbers for these folk. Have police negotiators call and talk to folks about a tiered set of charges: leave by midnight Monday, and only misdemeanor charges will be pressed, or stay, and face more serious charges (provided, of course, that more serious charges work). Don’t negotiate with the group as a whole, because then people will have to look tough for one another; negotiate privately, look to convince a few people to leave, and hopefully the whole group’s will will break.
If the folks involved ended up serving thirty days in jail, that might be about right: enough that they might think twice before doing it next time, not enough they can claim any sort of martyrdom out of it.
I haven’t been there in a decade, but at that time there was no cell phone coverage there.
