The Bundys are at it again.

No, it is not made-up. It is actual original text in my pocket constitution.

In what world is that text part of the US Constitution?

That’s the Articles of Confederation.

So what? It is in my pocket constitution! That means is is that law-stuff!

Oh no, they were just camping, with guns. Like Burning Man for rednecks.

In other news, Ryan Bundy today opted to represent himself in court. So we have that to look forward to at least.

Pro se can be SO entertaining, especially with sovcits…

I remember how ironic it was when Jefferson Davis realized that he needed the powers that Lincoln had to fight the war effectively against the North. Things like ordering the expansion of the regular army, organizing the making and purchase of ships and military and naval ordnance among the states, suspend the writ of habeas corpus in certain districts, etc.

Jefferson Davis powers were very limited and many times he could not go over what the states wanted. The 11 states remained always suspicions of any efforts to have a central government. The so much celebrated states rights in the south paradoxically were a factor that also killed the Confederacy. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

To be fair, they probably felt there were too many Indians, too.

You’d think they would learn. God may have been have to create the universe in six days, but he’s a terrible legal adviser.

The Muscogee Creek, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Seminole, and Cherokee nations were official allies of the Confederacy, the only ones they ever had.

If cluster bombs are not an option, fence them in and charge an import tax. And while we are at it, parachute Trump and Cruz in there too. I would be very happy to pay for that fence.

Fine, they don’t believe in the Federal Gov, well they can’t drive on any road that is maintained by collective tax dollars. That would be all of them.

Oh and forget any communication beyond what a radio can reach.

Really, block few roads and one helicopter would be all it would take. The mis-step that the OSP and Feds made at the take over in Oregon, was that they continued to let them come and go. But it worked out well in the end. They ran out of their supply of Doritos, and got tired of eating gummy dicks I suppose. It really showed what idiots they are.

One wonders why those tribes in particular would ever be allies with any palefaces ever again, after that Trail of Tears incident.

You don’t seem that old…

The involvement of western states legislators in encouraging the Bundys at Malheur.

Here’s a new Michelle Fiore video. She seems to be the source of the rumor that new indictments are coming out for nevada. In this video, she says that one of the patriots defense attorneys gave her information about the indictment. Well, that’s a sealed indictment and both her and the attorney will be in huge trouble if that’s true. She says the feds are going to arrest every single person who brought a gun to Bundy Ranch. If true, that would include her.

She also claims that Larry Klayman will be representing Cliven, though it's unlikely he will be allowed. The strangest part is that she also says that a labor union is going to have their attorneys represent the other defendants for free.

I read this in a" teenage girl telling a secret to her BFF’s voice".

Interestingly, some members of the “Five Civilized Tribes” were slave holders before their relocation to Oklahoma. According to Wiki:

Larry Klayman sounds like a complete dick, but as I understood it if he’s licensed to practise law in that state the client can choose him, is that not how it works?

He’s not licensed in Nevada. Since its a federal case, he has to have a local sponsor him and the judge to ok it, then he can do this one case without taking the Nevada Bar.

He’s originally from South America. Their years go counterclockwise, or something…
