The Bundys are at it again.

Hey, there are bad people in there. He has to be able to defend hisself. Damn, they will not even let him wear his magic masonic underwear.

that was pretty funny - I wonder what the other inmates think of them?

Probably no worse than what they think of the other inmates.

Now Ammon Bundy is upset because he doesn’t have internet in his cell.

You know, I thought that that had to be some sort of distortion or spin, but looking at their complaint, it’s right there on page 5.

They have their own little alternate reality.

A Sov-Cit type I knew in Montana many years ago firmly believed that the US Constitution was never ratified, so the Articles of Confederation were still in effect.

Except for the Second Amendment, of course.

We’ve a poster on this very board who holds to that view.

Name names, ya big tease…

OK I’ll fess up. It’s me.

Garfield county sheriff James “Danny” Perkins is threatening to arrest any federal officials that try to block access to federal lands in the county. Garfield county (southern Utah) includes parts of Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef national parks, as well as large swaths of national forest land. The road from Escalante to Boulder City is breathtaking.

Well let’s just see how well that works out for him, shall we?

It ought to increase tourism.

Federal judge Anna Brown has ruled that the charges against the various defendants will not be summarily dismissed. Attorneys are not pleased,
*Defense attorneys argued some of the charges were broad, vague or unconstitutional in a May 23 court hearing… said federal prosecutors have applied the statute to the occupation when it was actually intended to be used in crimes such as armed robberies.

(The) Judge … has yet to rule on the firearms charge, which carries the most severe penalty, according to court documents filed Friday.*
But, really, it was an actual armed robbery. They failed to secure the loot, as such, but they did drag it on for quite a while. A charge of robbery does not, AIUI, require that the robbers actually keep what they stole.

Well, the Bundys’ friend Michele Fiore won’t be going to Congress.

Lol. They went with a guy who hasn’t won a single election, losing attempts in 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2014.

In 2010 he was a candidate in the Republican primary for the U.S. Senate, finishing third behind Sharron Angle and Sue Lowden. In 2012 he was the Republican nominee for Nevada’s 4th congressional district and lost in the general election.

He’s due.

Danny Tarkanian is the son of longtime college basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian.

Bundy/Finicum associate arrested for trying to blow up a BLM facility.

I initially understood BLM as “Black Lives Matter” and got all kinds of confused

Let’s reflect on that. He lost to both Sharron Angle and Sue “Chickens for Checkups” Lowden. At the same time. That’s like the refined essence of losing.
