Perhaps they could convince natural man and US Superior Court Judge Bruce Doucette to preside over the trial, then arrest him for that stunt he pulled in Arizona.

Since when does the definition of “peaceably assemble” include the armed occupation of a federal building, and threats of violence?

ETA: I see the AZ legislature is revising the facts to fit their viewpoint. Finicum *was *armed, in the conventional sense, with a handgun. He also tried to use his truck as a weapon. Not sure where the bullets entered from, but that hardly matters because this wasn’t a game.
If he’d been 13 years old, armed with a stick in a playground, then he’d have been fair game.
