Unless I miss my guess Larry KKKlaman might have dropped his effort to be admitted PHV to serve as Cliven’s co counsel, seems he’s busy trying to sue Hillary or something. That and Joel Hansen, Cliven’s real attorney seems to have joined a new firm, perhaps they’ve discouraged Hansen from letting Larry ghostwrite bat shit crazy things to file with the court.

Well, the original kerfuffle was born out of a mandatory sentencing for the Hammonds, so we shall see how pleading for leniency in that context plays out. DeLemus was not a major participant in the occupation, so they might cut him some slack, but Cooper was involved and will probably face additional prosecution. Not sure how a plea deal works for him there.
