Likewise from here. I’ve got to focus on running Rahuul through Heroics and Panzera’s LW/Guild rep/Normal dungeons.
Speaking of which, I am starting to stockpile the tokens waiting for some guildies to mail gems to me for me to cut. I can cut any of the green level 81 gems to any cut…hell, I got lots of jasper and alicite on hand, tell me what you want from those and I shall cut and mail them to you.
The blue level 85 gems are a little more scarce in my inventory. If you do have one that needs a specific cut, let me know so I can purchase the scroll with my tokens, I have about 8 tokens now so I can purchase a couple of scrolls. I already have the +40 str bold inferno ruby cut and the Chaotic Shadowspirit Diamond Meta. I will probably get the +45 stam cut next so our tanks can benefit from free cuts.

I’ll do my best to be around for a guild heroic or two tonight, but I may not be able to make it on till 10 to 10:15pm at latest because of work today so if you guys get a full group going before then, that’s understandable.
I haven’t had any success pugging Keyne in heroics, so hopefully we can get one or two guild runs tonight. I hat making JayRX DPS, but you don’t want me trying to dps. Kene (spriest)'s DPS is okay, but he’s not close to heroic-ready yet. I need more normals on him.
Re: the Classy achievement, how many active shammies/warriors do we have? My shammy gained about five levels yesterday but he’s still only 38 - so still quite a long way to go, at the expense of gearing up my two 85’s.
Anyway, I might be on a little later tonight (birthday dinner) but I expect no later than 8:30 or so, maybe earlier.

I got PUGged into another-guild’s RFK heroic guildrun yesterday, my first time there. The first time we tried him it was quite a mess; the second time I was trapping one add while tanking the other with my turtle (with her AoE off) - I think it would have worked if I’d kept retrapping that add, instead of killing one after another, but they decided to skip it and I guess I had a shy minute or something. The rest went quite well except for the first boss (we wiped once, then someone jumped down and that pulled him, then someone cast too close and that pulled him, then we regrouped upstairs and cast everything before getting too close and he kindly went and died).
You do know that some of those cuts are BOE and not from the trainer, right? I had to buy quite a few of them off the AH.
Not sure if this would be helpful for you guys, but I’m running a spreadsheet to track what cuts I have, what cuts I’m planning to get next, and what cuts people have requested. It could easily be adapted to record more than one JC, too. Here’s the link if you wanted to check it out and make something similar (it would certainly save you entering all the information over again :D).
I have a 66 warrior who’s been languishing in obscurity. With the max rested xp, maybe he’s good to hit northrend after only a couple dungeons, or nights of questing. But looking at the roster, Crugel is an 85 warrior already! Just needs to hit honored with BDL to make it count (600rep more!). As for shamans, we have a couple 80s we haven’t seen in a while, so I think Greenbird,27 and Kheen,38 are the closest actives:/
Had a great cycle at Mining in Hyjal yesterday. One circuit, 80 ore! Sent to Yeti for prospecting and with the gems he returned, maxed alchemy! yay!
Re: Working as a team achievement. Looks like Yeti’s close on JC, and Awsmpallytank is our best inscription, so I’ll send some herbs I stockpiled. Moobird is sub-500 in LW, but I know someone else is closer.
Lastly, I won’t be around tonight until much later, hopefully you’ll have enough for some runs.

Corn is maxed tailoring.
And our top LWs are Panzera (516), me (504), Keyne (477) and Moo at 474.
So other than Inscription we are in pretty good shape I think. I have enough mats for 5-6 more points I think, I will go check.
BTW do we need honored with the guild as well?
Yes, honored is required.
Honored is required for pretty much anything like that (including having an 85 of every class/race).
Hm. I was going to level up Rumpole first (had already started) now that Muz is reasonably well-set, but I guess I could flip to Awsm.
Remember the 3500 guild-rep cap/week. You can burn through Cata too fast and miss out on a lot of guild rep. So if you stop getting guild-rep for completing Cata quests, you’ve capped (There’s no other way to tell AFAIK).

I could try to keep making Fire Prisms but the nightstones needed (3 of each green gem) are worth far more than the yield of rare gems…and I’m out of nightstones. I’m a little stuck in that regard.

Fire Prisms are only worthwhile to level yourself. They don’t do jack shit to make you money. As for the Nightstones, I’m not sure if it would be worth it in Cairne’s economy, but I personally buy up stacks of Obsidium Ore and Prospect it. I then hold onto the (color, not rarity) blue, green, and purple gems and sell them off when they’re the respective JC dailies. All of the other gems I sell as I get (or send to a guildie to help them level).
I don’t mind DPSing for guild runs. Ironically, despite having more to watch out for as a healer (IMO), I do a better job of keeping out of the fire as heals than I do as DPS, so making me DPS is good practice for me.
Panzera should be both honored with the guild and maxed on LW by the end of the week. I just need to acquire the mats for the charscale leg enhancement recipes, which, iirc, each give 5 skill up points when created–assuming they’re 515 skill and not 520, at any rate.
