The cold Monday morning MMP

Sari it ain’t like you didn’t tell 'em. And tell 'em. And tell 'em. And then tell ‘m some more. Gettin’ Hellpup walked is their problem now.

Soup ‘n sallit for dindin was good. OYKW got out of irk a little after five today but went to his place. He was happy to have some beast stew to nuculate, so I done good. We’re goin’ out for Mexican foodstuffs tomorrow. YAY!

MOOOOOOM I love scorin’ a reduced for quick sale bargain. I get all excitated in the sto’. That’s just a little sad, is it not!

ETA: First on Two, now First on Three! WOOHOO!!!

**swampy **- we refer to reduced meat as “used meat” - our little shorthand. It makes us laugh.

Yay for snow:D.

I am home after a long grumpy day. Sometimes I feel as if I just babysit at irK. Grown ass people that need babysitting. Plus I was so sleepy today.

Homemade soup sounds good. Wish I had some.
BLURF.

OMG! VWife had me stop at the Fuds Kitty for milk and bread on the way home from irk. She’s wanting French Toast during. The. Snowpocalypse.

I made some coffee at work and I drank a lot of coffee at work until someone took away the coffee maker (I think for a meeting.) So I just got really caffeine-high instead of overdosing.

I have to do so much laundry today to get ready for my concerts.

Looking forward to my concerts.

Cool.

The Mikado? I saw it once, and have the short Groucho Marx version on CD.
I wish I could see yours.

Thanks flytrap.

Rehearsals for The Mikado tomorrow and the next day, and we open on Friday, and 2 shows on Saturday, and several shows the following week. Yay!

I have a bit of a cough today. I really, really hope it doesn’t develop into something worse. Especially considering one of my conductors is a germaphobe and the two of us often go home together. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

gotta go back to laundry. Those concert clothes won’t wash themselves.

My most favorite production of The Mikado featured Eric Idle as Ko-Ko.

Sari, what would happen if you suggested that they pay the $350 for you?

I am home and grouchy but just because I’m tired. I subbed today at my favorite school and tomorrow I’ll be at my 2nd favorite school. I am so grateful that RT is on his way to Minnesota right now instead of heading towards all of you and your french toast.

They would probably think i was crazy.

It’s just no worth it to pay it, but the main thing is I don’t want to pet sit anymore. I’ve done it for 15+ years and I’m burned out on it.

I’ll talk to her again. The sad thing is their dog would do better with a different sitter anyway. Somebody younger and stronger who could take the dog for a long run and burn up that excess energy. I know they are nervous bout bringing in somebody else because of their other dog. They trust me with her.

I loved Ustinov as Nero. As inaccurately as the movie portrayed the historical period, they did get Nero’s age more or less right. He was not all that old when he died.

Ya know, every time I get a weekday off, it snows. I’m off tomorrow. It snowed at Hockey Lady’s place. It has not snowed here. yet.

: hurls snowball at Butter’s head ::mad::wink:

: crosses inappropriate appendages for Midget :

Thanks for the belated, Yeller.

Most of the Emperors weren’t. Seems to have been a hazardous profession.

Dammit, Detailed AGM, call me and tell me I don’t need to irk tomorrow! I saw the numbers and it’s doing a whole lot of nothing outside. I sincerely doubt you’re being swamped with walkins right now!

Can you tell I don’t want to irk tomorrow? It’s going to be a lot of standing around. I’m giving him until 9:45 and then I’m calling.

I stayed home today due to intestinal woes that started yesterday (but today, I’m at least not running to the euphemism every 15-20 minutes). My co-irkers can relax, I’m sure it’s not contagious, just a weirdness that sometimes happens in connection with my cycle.

Did have to venture forth for supplies after DH got the car home. Even mid-weekday-afternoon, Costco’s a bit of a zoo.

DH now wants to watch something with Shirley Temple in it, due to her recent death. He has this odd quirk that when a well-known actor (or sometimes director) dies, he wants to watch some movie that person was involved in.

Everyone around here must be having milk sandwiches for dinner.

We actually had snow today, but by about 4:00, it all melted.

Jesus Christ.
Er, Moses and Aaron on a stick!

Draelin, This contains some pretty unique camera angles of curling.

GoPro’s are so much fun!
Though my one attachment was broken on Sun when it got bounced into the snowy ground. A new one is already enroute for a whopping $10.15.

GoPros? I use them at work.

I actually own a different brand.

Here I duct taped one to this firefighter’s head.

And in these two storiesI actually put mine down in a couple potholes for a unique perspective.

Cool video.

Blurf. I has a head cold, that means I am double blurf today.

I read but did not retain…so rosie’s sig to all!
