I don’t think Eli and the Giants will have too much trouble facing the Rams.
Because of their own (yet to be proven this season) strength or because of the Rams being a weak team?
The Rams secondary got burned over and over again last week. 
Colts may have more trouble with Minnesota though.
Both, although Eli’s always put up pretty good yardage/TD numbers. The knock on him was that he throws too many picks to go with them. Bit like Favre only without the drama-queen stuff.
The only way he doesn’t put up big numbers tomorrow is if the Giants have the game in hand by halftime and stop throwing.
Colts will beat Minnesota easily. They’re the same old Colts.
