him: What kind of pets?
me: Cats.
him: Yes.
me: What’s the deposit?
him: There’s no pet deposit.

I can’t wait to see the kitties chasing something across those hardwood floors, try to turn, and keep going straight. There will of course be a wall to stop them. Fun!
And today I found out that I got a Pell Grant for next semester! Excellent day!

No, it’s not the first place. I’ve been living in a soulless 3 bedroom with a couple friends. One of those “new appliances, new carpet, yucky wood paneling” places.
I picked up the name from the Kula Shaker song of the same name. I did, however, know it was Sanskrit, and I looked up it’s meaning when I first started using it as a screen name (in the old Sierra game the Realm. Anyone out there remember that one??) Admittedly, I liked it because it sounds pretty. Ok, I’m shallow sometimes.
