So I just caught a few minutes of this reality show where the 40 year old women tries her luck with a bunch of 20 something guys.
It immediately became blindly apparent to me that this woman is 50 if she’s a day, and 55 is probably closer. She can dress like a teenager but really…people…LOOK AT HER.
Look around the eyes, look at her neck, look at her general skin tone. If she’s 40 she’s the most worn out 40 I’ve ever seen. And she has a 23 year old son, OK it’s possible at 40 and it might explain her being so worn but I am skeptical that an educated professional would’ve started so young.
So I hereby predict that in the last episode the big suprise will be that she reveals herself to be somewhere between 50 and 60 everyone will pretend to be suprised.
She doesn’t look that bad in that photo although she looks a little wrinkly around the mouth, but on the TV screen she has some serious crow’s feet and deep lines, and hands are always a giveaway. And her teeth look old, she should’ve got laminates.
Anyway, I just wanted to get my prediction in and dated. I think if she’s really only 40 then TVLand could’ve and should’ve come up with a much younger and prettier looking 40 year old, but she’s looking good for 50 or 55.
The woman in that picture looks 21 to me. If I were a cashier at a liquer store, I’d demand ID before she bought anything. Hell, if she propositioned me at a bar, I’d probably demand ID before the deed as well.
She’s either definitely not 55, or that is the greatest Photoshop artist in the world.
Here’s a larger picture where I can see maybe 45, but she’s still hotter than average for any age and better-preserved than a lot of women I meet in their early 30s. Just off the firmness of her skin, there’s no way I can place her in her 50s, IF those pictures aren’t shopped.
Just throwing my voice in. Unless they’ve airbrushed the living hell out of those photos, there’s no way she’s older than 45—and she certainly wouldn’t be “the most worn out 40 I’ve ever seen”. (Trust me; I’ve seen worn out forty. I could show you around a West Virginia trailer park or two …)
40 looks about right. My wife and a lot of her co-workers are around 30 with a kid or two and aren’t spry young things anymore.
I’m almost 40 and when I meet women who are my same age they always appear older than I think they are.
Nah . . . I would place her no younger than 35 and no older than 49 if those pictures we’re looking at are the real deal, but we all know they’ve most likely been photoshopped into oblivion. She really could be in her 50s for all I know; seeing video of her would help, but even then makeup, wardrobe, and lighting can do a lot.
It’s kind of an it takes one to know one thing, I’m 52 and I don’t think she looks any younger than me…also since I know lots of women in the 40-60 age group and I know the tricks and know where to look, I think I can see past the young blonde haircut and trim figure.
You do have to watch her on the show, though…a well-posed still photo doesn’t show age correctly. I can’t wait for the finale when some young “cub” that she’s been making out with finds out her true over 50 ( I’m thinking 55, frankly ) age.
