And those 100 dollar head rags.
Two comments:
First of all, the Eagles killed Dallas (in Dallas), who beat your Redskins (in Washington). In a sense, you already did lose to the Eagles (who we killed, in Philly, btw).
Secondly, please note that I sent the following from you: “…losing to the Giants? Now THAT would be pitiful.” to the Sports Karma Gods, whom I’m sure will take note!

The Giants? I find them the least objectionable than the rest of Dallas’ rivals in the NFC East. And I do like those retro uniforms.
I pretend that the Eagles game was still the pre-season, and nothing anybody can say will make me see the truth. I tell myself over and over that the Cardinals game was a fluke and the Cowboys really won, despite what the scoreboard said. Now the 'Skins game? That was pure joy, although I couldn’t bring myself to watch at times. As long as they keep Cunningham in, I’ve still got hope… unless we lose to the 49ers next week (shiver!)
Mostly, I was just glad to see Deion suck against the Cowboys rather than with the Cowboys.
So far, there have been three positive remarks about the Vikings so far in this thread.
Please stop that. I’m trying not to get my hopes up.
I live and die with the Vikings every year. So far, I’ve died, oh, about a thousand times!
Don’t mention them. Don’t even notice them. Go on about your business. Be quiet. Look the other way. Hush.
(ah geez i can’t stand it)
GO VIKES!!! RANDY MOSS IS GOD!!! DAUNTE CULPEPPER IS THE BIGGEST, BADDEST QUARTERBACK EVER!!! JOHN RANDALL EATS OFFENSIVE LINEMEN FOR BREAKFAST!!! PURPLE PRIDE!!! AHHH!!! AHHH!!! ARRGGHHHHH!
::: panting :::
Now see what you made me do?
Rysdad, good to see others who have stuck by them all these years. Every freakin year I think they’re going to do it, and they probably should have last year. They’re due, damn it! They’re 3-0 and going all the way. That, and they’re going to destroy the Cowboys on Nov. 26th. Pretty sure that’s the right date, but I’ll have to check.

The article writer, Locke Peterseim, is at least as funny as Miller his own self. Miller compared Deion to Stephen Hawking and Peterseim explains the reference this way:
Preceding articles explaining Miller’s comments on previous MNF telecasts have been archived. Links to these articles are on the last page of the current entry.
Rysdad: We’ll see how good the Vikings are when they play Tampa Bay. Twice.
