The Crimson Glyph (Werewolf/Mafia/Psychopath)

I said you refused to listen to my arguments. Thanks for confirming.

That’s because your question doesn’t make sense. It’s not just me being difficult - paul confesses having difficulty understanding it. After a Scum deletes and adds information to a claim it is completely different, so I don’t know what you mean by what they do next. Collaborate? Lie? Please reword the question, otherwise I might as well post in Hebrew and blame you for not understanding me.

Still, I asked you to list all the questions of yours I have not addressed. Your list is woefully short.

I said you refused to listen to my arguments. Thanks for confirming, again.

If I were lying, falsely putting in a character name runs the risk of some other Town actually having been assigned that name. They would then be in a position to contradict the claim. It is the exact same logic which made people believe you and ed’s Mason claim before he was killed.

Care to try again? I can keep refuting your points all Day if need be.

Wow. I can’t believe how stupid Allwalker is. Fine, I was assuming you would understand. I guess not.

How do scum clean up their claim?

A. They Delete. This would include the scummy bits of their claim. I can’t show you what you deleted, obviously. But you DID deleted things. (Sinner Bulletproof, Anyone? Which, we still haven’t proven even exists in this game – Makes Sinner Wincon next to impossible.)

B. They Add. The townie bits to their claim. I don’t know how far away your claim is from being pure town, but you did Add voice and the word “Cop”, if nothing else.

Allwalker, it is as simple as this:

Scum Edit and Add to Claims, you HAVE done both.

You want me to go beyond that. Fine:

  1. I still don’t understand how your claimed role even works with Peeker.

Yes, I am siding with Peeker here. Even if he is Sinner, Townie and Sinner need to be against people who know we are at Ly Lo.

A Lynch of Town, or Of Sinner is game over, correct?

2.** I don’t understand how Sinner Bulletproof can work.** Sinners have a difficult time knowing who is also sinner. How can they Sinfect you? They Can’t. How can they Lynch you? They have to get a bandwagon going, not knowing who is with them. Very hard to get consensus here, when everyone is too busy harping on their own points. (Sound Familiar?).

Sinner Bulletproof is at best, highly improbable. You claim to have it. Tell me how Pede would allow this broken concept into the game. It does fall on you. I will prove it:

Pede, How does Sinner Bulletproof Work?

  1. My god, you Edited your Claim, but you STILL haven’t put in “You are Town”.

I have 4 reasons you are scum here, I’m not going to touch how you know we are at Ly Lo. That someone else can call you out on. (And I believe they have).

There are a lot of possibilities. You could be Governor Bellingham, but be Blackheart-aligned. There have been a lot of games where roles who would be town-aligned by the colour have been scum instead, precisely to counter this kind of reasoning. You Blackhearts could have been given safe names to claim – I’ve seen that in a previous game, too.

The difference between what you’ve done and what Ed did is that we have no assurances that Governor Bellingham is Town. Masons, by definition, are Town.

How thick can you be? Do you not get things by implication?
You talk as if only Townies get Names

If I were lying, falsely putting in a character name runs the risk of some other Town actually having been assigned that name. They would then be in a position to contradict the claim.
Stop confusing the issue. You are leading town down a primrose path. Stop being so full of yourself. Please.

YOU ARE NOT TOWN. Town can’t contradict your claim because no Town person has this name. Just because a Town person Does NOT have your name, it does not make you town.
**
Ed was NK’d Remember? **

  1. We both claimed. Rather, he Claimed for me. This makes him slightly more valuable that me. He knew what he was doing.
  2. We told the game we were town. In this way, we decreased the odds of a mislynch.
  3. I am a Newbie.
So now, we have two confirmed Townies, one that is more or less over eager to prove that he is town. Overeager to be against scum. The other is a Noob that has no clue how to play this game.

Who would you kill, and also remove the advantage that Town got?

I dare say that Scum killed the wrong Mason. If my play is where I think it is, Every single post I make, reinforces this assumption.

You know, I wonder, if Allwalker, on the hook here, isn’t projecting.
In psychology, psychological projection (or projection bias) is a defense mechanism where a person’s personal attributes, unacceptable or unwanted thoughts, and/or emotions are ascribed onto another person or people. According to Wade, Tavris (2000) projection occurs when a person’s own unacceptable or threatening feelings are repressed and then attributed to someone else.[1]

From the Wiki.

Leave it to Meeko to take WiFoM to a whole 'nother level.

I still need to read a solid and simple explanation of Wine in front of me. I still don’t get its exact reason. I do, however, admit that I am dumb.

It’s basically just any situation where you can get yourself into circular reasoning. Take my choice last Night. Meeko was the obvious person for the Blackhearts to kill, so he was the obvious person for me to protect. But because he’s the obvious protection choice, the Blackhearts likely would target someone else, so the better play would be for me to protect somebody else. But if I did that, then the Blackhearts could guess that I’d not protect the obvious choice because and kill Meeko, etc, etc.

NETA: Uh, delete that extraneous “because” in the last line.

Rysto, as I stated, the double bluff I was in, was the Epitome of the WIFOM.
This is also why I wanted to do the entire Epic thing. I thought that it was a good idea, and I knew that we had Town power roles left. But, as the game talked me out of it, I knew I had to do something else. I was never sure of what timing windows Scum had, so I knew I had to get something in before Dawn, and I knew that it had to be a right balance of cryptic and timing.

My problem was, I was creating a eulogy that I truly thought was going to be my last statement. Hence the breadloafing.

Yet, the one person, who I was counting on, (Not saying you guys couldn’t), to pick up on my hidden list, was in turn NK’d.

What can you do?

Ugh. We are still in Day, right?

When do we end?

3 EST again.

Thanks Self.

Don’t Mention it.

Ok, I won’t.

Oh wait. LOL

MONDAY?! ?! ?! ?! !?

Darn, I had missed the delayed Dusk. I was hoping we were ready to move on…

I’m really impressed with** AllWalker’s** defense! I don’t think he’s on my team this game, but I hope he is sometime! It’s pretty clear that nobody is buying a word of his BS, but he still keeps shoveling it as fast as he can, tirelessly debating endless minor points with the only person who’s still bothering to reply to him while trying desperately to distract everyone from the Big Picture, which to reiterate is:

*At least one of Rysto and AllWalker are scum.

  • Rysto is basically confirmed to have a power role, and to have used said power in a pro-Town way. This does not confirm him as Town, but does constitute strong circumstantial evidence in his favor, as opposed to…

AllWalker, for whom the evidence that he is is actually a) Town or b) a Cop starts and finishes with his own say-so.

I have a lot of thoughts about where we should go next, but I’m very worried that **AllWalker **and his pals might have some last-minute surprise planned, and I don’t want to start any conversations that might serve as a distraction to cover their moves. I think we will have a lot to talk about Tonight.

I know, I missed it too. We really could have ended today at noon without much of an impact, but I guess it’s fine to wait.

Anyway, let’s still wait until Night to discuss toMorrow plans or decisions.

oog
hi everyone!
/oog

So we are well into a month into this game.

What is the average out of game time legenth?

Somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks. Days usually last around five days and Nights somewhere around 2. After about 8 Days, players usually lose interest.
