How do scum clean up their claim?

A. They Delete. This would include the scummy bits of their claim. I can’t show you what you deleted, obviously. But you DID deleted things. (Sinner Bulletproof, Anyone? Which, we still haven’t proven even exists in this game – Makes Sinner Wincon next to impossible.)

B. They Add. The townie bits to their claim. I don’t know how far away your claim is from being pure town, but you did Add voice and the word “Cop”, if nothing else.

Allwalker, it is as simple as this:

Scum Edit and Add to Claims, you HAVE done both.

A Townie who paraphrases is, by your definition, irrevocably scummy. For some reason, it is inconceivable that a Town aligned person would paraphrase. I have already explained my reasons for doing that - I wanted to conceal my Sinner Bulletproof power.

Which is all moot, since I posted the role PM exactly as I received it. THAT post was not, by any definition, edited. It was not added to. Nothing was removed from it.

You want me to go beyond that. Fine:

1. I still don’t understand how your claimed role even works with Peeker.

Yes, I am siding with Peeker here. Even if he is Sinner, Townie and Sinner need to be against people who know we are at Ly Lo.

2.** I don’t understand how Sinner Bulletproof can work.** Sinners have a difficult time knowing who is also sinner. How can they Sinfect you? They Can’t. How can they Lynch you? They have to get a bandwagon going, not knowing who is with them. Very hard to get consensus here, when everyone is too busy harping on their own points. (Sound Familiar?).

Sinner Bulletproof is at best, highly improbable. You claim to have it. Tell me how Pede would allow this broken concept into the game. It does fall on you. I will prove it:

1. If they are confident they control the numbers, the Sinners can mass claim. No Town could fake being sinfected, as the Original Sinners will know they are lying. The Sinfected would claim, know each other, then vote accordingly.
2. We could all role claim, like we just did. Then anyone with a sinner wincon would automatically see me as a threat to be removed. This is partly why I didn’t want to claim - even if everyone believed me, the BH and the Sinners would start building a case against me. And look at what Meeko-the-mason-but-possibly sinfected is doing! Gosh, how weird.
3. They could try their luck - the OS could build a case against me using good old fashioned persuation.

YOU ARE NOT TOWN. Town can’t contradict your claim because no Town person has this name. Just because a Town person Does NOT have your name, it does not make you town.

But a Town member does has that name. I have that name. If I were lying, and if there is no Town with that name, I couldn’t possibly have known that from the start. As for the alignment of my character, I haven’t read the book and so I don’t know have likely it is for he to be a BH. But from the fiction-themed games I have looked over, there is an incredibly high correlation between character-type and alignment.

Did you even read my quote which you included in your post? I specifically said, before ed died. His death sealed the deal, but even before that we were treating the two of you as likely Town.

I’m really impressed with AllWalker’s defense! I don’t think he’s on my team this game, but I hope he is sometime! It’s pretty clear that nobody is buying a word of his BS, but he still keeps shoveling it as fast as he can, tirelessly debating endless minor points with the only person who’s still bothering to reply to him while trying desperately to distract everyone from the Big Picture, which to reiterate is:

• Rysto is basically confirmed to have a power role, and to have used said power in a pro-Town way. This does not confirm him as Town, but does constitute strong circumstantial evidence in his favor, as opposed to…

AllWalker, for whom the evidence that he is is actually a) Town or b) a Cop starts and finishes with his own say-so.

I have a lot of thoughts about where we should go next, but I’m very worried that AllWalker and his pals might have some last-minute surprise planned, and I don’t want to start any conversations that might serve as a distraction to cover their moves. Well, if I were him, I don’t think I would have added “You Are Town” to my role either. That would be a risky move. I mean, assuming it wasn’t there to begin with. The problem is, if all the town power PMs are worded similarly, and his had that little difference, he would have been in trouble.
It also seems odd that he would leave out the unsinfectable part. That would make scum not want to lynch/NK him, right? If he can’t become a sinner, the sinners can’t win as long as he is alive. Would it not have been wise to mention that?
