Remember my purse was stolen on 10/13 and the person who stole it used my Visa check card by running up $300 calling porno?

Well the police have captured the guy. They have a written confession as well as videotape AND IT IS EXACTLY WHO I SAID STOLE IT ALL ALONG!!!

It was my 17 year olds “new friend, who is 22” It took the police a litttle over a month to do the investigation all the while the stupid kid was still coming to my house. He would tell my kidlets “I’m still waiting for an apology from your mom cause I didn’t do it” He would brag that he was going to give the police a list of possible suspects.

I asked the cop how he caught the kid and he said well he used a little police tactic by pressuring the kid to cave. He said he led the kid to believe he had more information then he really had. The cop said it was so obvious to him that it was this kid it was just a matter of making him cave.

The cop told me he had been arrested for grand theft before so now he will be in bigger trouble. The state attorney is now charging him with burglary to a conveyance and grand theft.

Lately the kid has been sending me “Warning messages” thru mutual friends of my sons. He has told me to “expect him at any time” “that he is going to mess me up” “that he is going to bring his boys and kick my sons ass”. I have reported this to the police but there is nothing they can do UNLESS he calls me directly or sends me an email. 3rd party messages/threats don’t count.

What pisses me off is THIS KID SCREWED UP & HE"S MAD AT ME!
Like I am supposed to say "Oh it’s ok that he stole $300 from me. It’s ok that he stole all my i.d. which took over 8 hours to try and recreate. It’s ok he took the only pictures I had of all my kidlets together that can’t be replaced. Sure, no problem. Just let him go officer.

Congrats on being proved right. The kid sounds like a total loser. I bet everything bad in his life is someone else’s fault and he’s totally entitled to whatever he wants. In his own mind.

I hope he doesn’t carry out the threats. Hopefully he’s all talk, no action.

Are any of these message coming directly through your son. That may not count as a third party since he has been threatened. Maybe you get a hotmail address and have someone relay it back to him. But I suppose this all depends on what type of person you are. And what sort of mood you are in. Whether you want to try to get him in more trouble quicker (which BTW could result in him being even madder at you and carrying though on some of these threats), or if you would just consider that to be egging him on and would rather not go down that route.
