I disagree with the requirement that a hive mind is defined as 100% agreement 100% of the time. 
All the more damning when countered against the panoply of viewpoints on the other side. For example, many on the right feel that Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and James Comey should be locked up in prison, while the more moderate among them will say— quietly, at least, and off the record— that there should probably be some sort of trial first.
Then what do you think a hive mind actually IS, and how does it manifest in any particular subset of the membership of this board?

It’s certainly easier to throw out lazy, effort-free insults like “hive mind” than to actually try and explain, in detail, what you think is wrong with the board. Probably not as productive, unless you have no interest in actual discusion or improvement to the board, though.

There is no hive mind by any reasonable definition. There is a group of fairly like-minded and vocal liberals that are politically correct. They are a small but vocal subset of the Dope overall.
