I read about that case on TSG before it ever got the media coverage it got – it grossed me out bigtime. Yes, they admitted that the guy was still alive and begging for medical attention. I think the worst part of that whole thing was the cunt was bragging about killing “some white guy” to friends at a party. That’s how she eventually got caught. The case was all but closed until one of her friends went to the authorities over this.
I am pretty sure that she takes the cake on this competition, though there are way worse out there.
As for the OP, to be perfectly honest, I just don’t see that he even ranks in the list of People Who Have Scraped The Depths Of Human Depravity. Whether he killed her and then fucked her, or if he’s telling the truth and came home drunk to find a bleeding, naked model in his drive and fucked that, well…he doesn’t even compare to many out there. I never followed the case as it was happening, so I’m sure there are facts I missed. The above link says that the guy was moaning, or something to that effect. If he suffered no major trauma to the head or chest, I would think it reasonable that he was speaking at some point during the remaining 2 hours of his life.
