I really enjoyed it. The weekend class was small and there was some new routines so I got to see a lot more broken down. I was worried about my knee as it is not quite the same after the ACL repair and meniscus tear and I did feel it twinge but it is more achey through use today but I can see why if knees are an issues the turns etc might not be good. Great work out though so I am going again tomorrow night.
We have been for brekkie and ran to the grocery store and I have changed and washed the sheets on our bed and re-made it and now I have towels washing which I think counts as a busy Sunday morning when it is not quite 11 AM here.
I will go to Target tomorrow at lunch I think that way I get out the office and can roam the aisles without mr ems asking why do we need that…
Movies this afternoon then a nap I think.

Howdy Y’all! Home from deheathenization and N.O.L. Both were good. My haid is all stopped up, even my ears. I hate that! I have just taken some sinus stuff and will go lie down now.
Hope nothing earth-shattering happened in the last day or so because I just skimmed. I’m spending the day cooking. I’ve got jambalaya in the crock pot, bean soup simmering on the stove, and I’m soaking chickpeas to go in the crock pot after the jambalaya’s done to make hummus.
Tomorrow I am not going anywhere. AT. ALL. I may take a walk if the weather holds, but that’s it. No marathon driving to Charlanta North. I’m going to Doobie Brothers Town later on this week to clear out the crap that’s been cluttering up Dad’s attic for, oh, ten years now and to kidnap a few of his houseplants*. I can put this trip off because I’m only working one day this week. brag I have a vacation coming up. First time I’ve ever had a vacation around my birthday.
Depending on what’s playing at the cheap movie theater near Stately Agony Aunt Manor, I may go out and see one of them cinema films this week. What? I’m actually contemplating going out and being social again? Curse you random 70 degree day in the middle of winter!
*Not the pretty variegated African violet that he started from seed. He won’t let me have that one.
I had the handle on my favorite crock pot lid break off a few months ago. Since it was attached with a single bolt through the glass lid I found a nice kitchen drawer knob and some rubber washers to replace it. Works well, the only downside is I have to use a potholder to grasp the knob since it’s metal, but that’s a small price to pay.
Went to help a friend move her RV, didn’t know that it hadn’t been started for almost a year. Long story short it is at the new place but it took 5 hours to get it there, total distance less than 3 miles.
No good deed goes unpunished, see you next week kiddos
