I was in AJ’s, a Phoenix high end grocery store, getting beverages for a party and while searching for Grimbergen and Young’s oatmeal stout I found Monty Python bee. Ale to be spefic, in this case Monty Python’s Holy [DEL]Gr[/DEL]ail Ale. The “Gr” was crossed out but I couldn’t find a VB tag for that. It even claims to be tempred over burning witches. As a rule I don’t buy novelty beer but I couldn’t resist this even at $4 a bottle.
I’ve seen that before. Never had the desire to try it. Any good?
