A bit of a jolt here in the Valley. Nothing major; just like Atlas stomped his foot.

Yikes. We had a minor one here a few weeks ago; there was no damage, and my wife and I only felt anything because we were already awake and lying still in bed. Nonetheless, there’s something really unsettling about even mild ones. Hope everyone’s OK.
Well, Mr. Rilch is home now, and says he was in his car at 9pm and therefore didn’t feel a thing. I was just worried about the possibility of his being on a scaffolding or something.
I’m in the Valley, too, near Victory and Sepulveda. It came in waves. At first I thought my upstairs neighbor was moving heavy furniture around, but then I realized that the whole building was shaking. There were two “aftershocks” at 1/2 a second after each other. Weird… but when you live in an active fault zone… shrug
