Ummmm…I think it would be much more appropriate to say, the effects of certain illegal hard drugs. IANADoctor, of course, but:
Prostitution is sex, and I do not think sex will do that to you…unless it’s AIDS or some other nasty STD, in which case you should say risky or unsafe sex, not prostitution.
Marijuana will not so this, I don’t think…it was likely heroin or cocaine, tho perhaps some legal prescription drugs, if abused, can contribute to something like this.

There’s some serious loss of vital essence going on in those time-sequences. What’s even more terrifying than just how far someone can collapse in on themselves, is how long they can continue living while doing so. Life is strong. That’s double-edged, the other edge is hope; it’s quite possible that events will create another series of pics, one showing remarkable improvement.
