Hi all, sorry, I was having a bit of an extended dessert break.
Okay! The New Rule is language-based. Since my no-Qs rule proved to be a piece of cake for randompattern and Zeldar, I have put some thought into making this one significantly harder.
Exposition is probably best accomplished by conversation. Because you, Octarine, are awesome, you are entitled to one hint by PM after the first 24 hours, or maybe sooner if everybody gets bored.
FWIW, I had to re-read this posting a couple of times to make certain I was not breaking the rule.

Ha haha! You’re not so far away from dangerous grounds there, Mac. And may I say that I had to re-write this a couple times to avoid breaking the rule.
In one case you had to re-read and in the other re-write in order not to violate your unspoken rule. I’m guessing there’s something in the rule about misspelling or misuse of proper grammar or syntax. Is this in the ballpark? Have I done violate yo rule?
You have broken the rule. So help me, Zeldar, if you get this in like ten minutes I am going to be SO mad!!
