And quite friendly apparently. In a nice gesture, NASA sent a good luck card to the Indian Space Research Org. (ISRO) before ISRO launched its Mars Orbiter Mission(MOM). Apparently NASA pass around peanuts everytime they have an important launch. The ISRO project director, for his part had gone to a temple before the launch to seek good luck.

It doesn’t require you to sign into Facebook or anything, just shows you the image posted by ISRO.

Funny. I stumbled across the link I gave in the OP on a popsci page. Clicking on it there took me straight to the image. But copying and pasting the link here makes Facebook demand a login. So I copied the image and put it up on imgur.
