The Georgia governor's race -- Jabba or Spanky?

This year, Georgia voters got to choose between Jabba the Hutt and Spanky Hamm for governnor. They chose Jabba. I guess they figured anyone who can run an interstellar gangland empire already has the basic skills to run Georgia.

well, if one aspires to a Southern sinecure, the formula is as follows:

(mandatory) play football while young

(optional) eat as if one still played football, though middle aged.
