Today I bought the postcards, but they’ll have to wait for Monday to go out.
I received my first postcard, with a beautiful picture of Choluteca, Honduras. JKellyMap sent it, and it had a Spider-Man stamp, so it was exciting all around.
Glad you liked it! I did live and work there for two weeks last December, so it wasn’t a mere tourist visit (though I guess that would be acceptable, too, but it seems the point of this is more about deeper personal connections to places).
I dropped mine in the mailbox today, and I got a beautiful postcard from Elendil’s Heir yesterday!
