You know, the milk commercials where there is a guy in a giant milk carton costume trying to get basketball players or senior citizens to drink milk. My brother insists that he is Pat Finn ( http://us.imdb.com/Name?Finn,+Pat+(II) ) the same guy that played Joe Mayo on an episode of Seinfeld. Can anyone confirm/deny this? Even better, can anyone point me to a copy of these commercials?

I can confirm only by telling you that, IMO, it’s him. Same voice, same face, gotta be him. Of course, by that logic, it’s really Barbra Streisand in that old porno…
