  1. Hulk has already “hulked”. He is not Bruce at this time.

  2. Cecil is not carrying any weapons

  3. They are both in a baby pool filled with jello.

Well, so long as it isn’t black cherry Jell-O (ick), the presence of the flavored gelatin dessert might be enough to calm Hulk down. Particularly if it’s sweetened with aspartame so as not to give Hulk a sugar rush.
