The I Want It to be Spring Weight Loss thread (March)

I’ve lost a scant 2 pounds since I first posted. But, I guess that’s a half pound a week. Urgh. I forgot how long it can take to get things revved up again after months of apathy.

The stress this week isn’t helping. I just want to eat something. This feels a lot like giving up smoking - having that hand to mouth and back again feeling was soothing. Guess I’ll have to find something else to soothe myself. Grrrr…

Well, I managed to gain 300 grams over the weekend despite all the walking done. I know I ate too much of the wrong foods, even though I tried to manage by portion sizes. :frowning:

I’m about 2kg from goal. This last few kilos is taking forever to shift.

I lied here. But I did start my routine today.
