Hey Little One, a soul still without a name. Please don’t blame me; because I picked a great nickname. It’s your mother’s fault, because she prefers a regrettable sobriquet
That your paternal grandma also agrees with your mother is going to be a sore point and could potentially deny her visits.
Anyway, we don’t need to get into that yet. The important fact is that you are here, and although at five weeks, you are the size of small grain of rice, you are growing quickly. We can’t wait to see you on film. The doctor said it will take another couple of weeks before you’ve grown enough to see.
You’ll be welcomed into a home which has been waiting for you for a long time. Although you’ll never meet him, you had a wonderful older brother and another sibling who didn’t make it far enough.
Your parents already love you more than anything and are looking forward to having a tiny addition.
Likewise, you have scores of virtual aunts and uncles. While you may meet few of them in real life (we’ll get to what that is later) they have been looking forward to your birth as well. They like pie, but you don’t have to bring any.
It is an extremely crazy world out here right now. Some of it sucks, and some of it really sucks. But the most important thing in it is that you’ve got a family that loves you, no matter how much crazy goes down.
I believe that naming someone or something helps to helps to bring it into existence, or to cement its bond with the plane of existence. So I say, call her Kohra and Duwa! Give her lots of names! An endearment, a diminutive, a secret identity, a title, an honorative, a salutory, a pen name, and a nom de guerre! (for paintball or MMORPG.)
Greetings little one. Your parents have have been waiting and wishing for you for a long time. May you continue to grow stronger and bigger every day. The thoughts, prayers, wishes and good feelings of many people surround you. Most importantly, though, you are surrounded by love.
TokyoPlayer , my wife and I are thinking of the three of you and send you our support. I hope this is a smooth, uncomplicated and boring pregnancy with an easy delivery at the end of your beautiful child. Gokouun o inorimasu (I hope that is correct).
All the stickiest of sticky vibes being sent your way!
Little One, there is a great, big, beautiful world out here. We’re in no great rush for you to make your entrance, but when the time is right, we’d very much love for you to come out and see it.
