i post this here because i think it’s too pointless to go in GQ.
what i am asking is this: are the women that chase the man off the cliff in The Meaning of Life wearing rollerskates or not?
for some reason the rollerskates exist in my head, but my friend strongly disagrees that they were in the movie. i have 4 blockbuster DVD stamps riding on this, against his 16.

I’ll double check when I get home, but I’m sure there were no rollerskates. They had roller derby type helmets, though, so maybe that’s why you’re confused. Love that movie, though. My favourite line goes, “Get the machine that goes BING!” Makes me laugh every time…
I am almost certain they are not, but I will did out my DVD tonight and watch frame by frame to make sure. Not that that wasn’t the first thing I did when I got the DVD, but I wasn’t looking at their feet.
