The MMP that gets songs stuck in your head

loop

Young lady, did you bring enough for everyone? :dubious:

Don’t badgerpeople about it, rosie.

Morning! (I have been a bad mumper…)

Blurf…

That combined with VLOOKUP hell and today is wearing a bit thin.

Lalalalalala I can’t hear you - I refuse to read any of the song titles as I will end up singing a mash up of them all afternoon.

I also hurt my knee in my sleep last night. How is that possible?

I’ve read that the 3 types of people who get “earworms” (songs stuck in their head) the most are musicians, women, and neurotic people. I am so screwed.

karmakarmakarmakarmakarmachameleon you come and go you come and go…

I wonder if I still have my LP of that. I’ve been donating recordsto Goodwill lately. I still have the Goldwater LP. I’ve found folks selling it online for from $8 to $35, but I haven’t seen evidence of any actual sales. So if anyone really wants it, send me an address and I’ll mail it. (It’s bright and shiny!)

The last earworms I remember were Still Alive and Everything You Know Is Wrong. Still Alive was the annoying one. When it first popped up as an earworm, I only knew a few of the lines. I had to pull it up on YouTube and listen to it over and over until I had it memorized before it would go away.

That had happened with a couple of other songs, before, so I knew not to put up a fight. When a song that I don’t know starts earworming, it’s not going to go away until I have all of it in storage in the wetware.

Kind of how I felt when I read that the women most likely not to be taken seriously in business are short, blonde and buxom.

Went to irk for a while, did some cleaning, had some lunch.
Sah-dog is in the doghouse. My nephew in law painted the deck, some barricades were put up to keep the dogs off and of course Sah-dog, the one nobody was worried about, is the who figured out a way to get on it.
He might be half blind and half deaf but he gets around.

It’s definitely the air conditioning that’s leaking. However, it is not the leak we fixed a couple weeks ago, so I’m guessing the outflow hose is clogged. Hopefully it’s a somewhat easy fix, and we’ll be able to get the air back up and running before it gets hot again later this week. The good news is that I don’t have to go searching for a plumbing problem because we know where the water’s coming from. And this is probably something that needs to be cleaned out, anyway.

And now I’ve got tomorrow off! I’m leaving early today for a dentist appointment, and I was supposed to leave early Wednesday for a head-shrinking, but I managed to move that back so I don’t need to take two early days and a personal day in the same week. I’m very much hoping that the dentist today isn’t too traumatic–I believe I’ve got an abcess next to my already-root-canaled-but-not-crowned back tooth. It doesn’t hurt, but it’s not going away, and I don’t want to find out a month from now that I’ve got some kind of infection that will necessitate removal of half my jaw. I need my jaw. For chewing, and talking and stuff.

But taking tomorrow off means I can spend the afternoon cleaning a little, so that will be less to do this weekend and I’ll feel like a grownup.

Well, now you’ve done it. I had to look for and watch The Cat Came Back, now it’s stuck! I love it and hate it!

Howdy Y’all! I’ve been to the back forty and am now sittin’ in on a conference call. What? I can post and listen at the same time. I’m a multi-taskin’ bear! I’m also bored so I’ve been surfin’. I’s also tahrd. Life is bein’ hard today. Woe. Woe. Woe.

The word “Moanday” just showed up in a corporate e-mail. I love it when a plan comes together…

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven’t been checking into the MMP lately. I’ve been enjoying my time off the boat immensely. I just recently had to dump $3800.00 bucks on my car for repairs that I do not understand why I needed (but my car was leaking oil like a sieve so it had to be done, and I decided to get my A/C repaired finally as well but that definitely should not have needed repair yet either).

But whatever. I got one more week before I head back out to the boat and I’m gonna enjoy it  Hope y’all are well!

Home from work, tahred, and aggravated about the job. Today I got to print out pages, punch holes in them, put them in a binder in order, stamp, date, and initial them all. Just like a drafter should be doing… I shouldn’t be hating my job so soon.

Supper will be steak, twice-baked N.O.T., and whatever green veggie I pull out of the freezer.

That’s all.

That song haunts me. I first heard that song when I was really little and I was convinced the cat was a demon or something.

Gummibar!!
It’s in like 12 different languages, can waste a few hours listening to all the different versions

We must all have a little Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy in our lives.

Dindin was teh nummy! Good corned beast 'n cabbage 'n other stuff. Plus leftovers for tomorrow. YAY!!!

My sinuses ache sump’n fierce. I foresee a Benadryl[sup]TM[/sup] night.

Knit time. TTFN!!

Ren and Stimpy!
Outstanding, Swampboy!
Bear.
Swampbear.
Sorry.

I’m listening to this music right now. When you listen to it, it kind of sounds like it’s already something stuck in your head. It’s not to everyone’s taste, but I like it.
