Anyone that’s had gallbladder issues want to describe the symptoms to me?
Pain in the upper right quadrant, just under the ribs and radiating into my back below the scapula. Went to 7/10, and I had the urge to puke even though my stomach was empty. Burping, but no air in my stomach that I didn’t swallow before hand. The pain wave lasted about 5-10 minutes, then went down to a 2/10 where it remains now. It woke me up, and is just enough to keep me awake… :mad:

Sorry you don’t feel good. Gall bladder problems are horrid.
Home. My self diagnosis was pretty good.
ER doc says that because I’m also diabetic, gall bladder must go. Have to follow up with primary ASAP for better sonogram and referral.
Back to bed, and I’ll get to irk when I get there.
Ah, gallbladder issues… 1999 was the Year of the Gallbladder in FairyChatLand for my sis, FCD, and me. Mine was easy. My sweetie’s was infected and he was 3 days in the hospital. The worst I had to deal with was not being able to lie flat after, so I slept in a recliner for a few nights. Good luck, BBBobbio!

BBBobbio it’s good to know what the ailment is and what to do about it. Like Sari said, get it taken care of. We need our resident poison pen letter writer to stay healthy.

Like someone else mentioned I have vowed not to click on any links in this thread.
This morning I am awake but only barely. My new phone got here last night and through the magic of technology and it’s ‘automatic activation’ process I spent 54 minutes on the phone with Verizon to get it to work. :dubious: This was 54 minutes that I really did not have to spare as I was working on lesson plans.
