My mother is mad at me. I guess she should be but I’m mad at her too. She for whatever reason brought up a lie one of the HFH lies and threw it in my face and I am so tired of being accused of shit I haven’t done.
I’m just in a bad mood because the bitch is coming back today and I was so hoping to be out of here by now.
I found a house with owner financing. I haven’t gone to look at it.
The pluses are it has an apartment in it that I could rent out for extra income. It’s on the water.
It’s right on the C&O canal toe path.
On the down side, it’s further out than I wanted to go, it costs more than I am comfortable with, and the bottom floor is a pizzeria.
That the current owner isn’t renting out any of the space kind of makes me wonder what is wrong with it. Then again maybe they just want to sell it and be done with it. I don’t want a pizzeria but I wonder if I could rent that part out, what my liabilities would be and what insurance I would have to carry.
Or could I turn it into some other kind of business that I might be interested in?
Maybe it wouldn’t hurt to go look at it, and see what is up with it.

I haz a happy, New hard drive in the puter. I have about 900 gigs of open space and no more red warnings when I look at the drives. Files are transferring now. I shall be downloading more movies shortly. Woot Woot.

Not what you think. We have three shared media centers and a central server. I just haven’t had space to suck up some new ones. We collectively own a physical copy of our movies and we share them privately. It is good to have a computer geek.
Howdy from da cave. Dindin is cookin’ away in the oven. It’s chikin boobs, N.O.T., carrots and onions in cream of mushroom soup. Yes cream of soup. Get over it. Oh and if’n that was not trashy enough it also includes a package of onion soup mix. Steamed asparagus shall be the green vegetation. Rolls shall also be had. the frozen kind which I shall thoughtfully thaw (well, they’re thawn’ now) and bake.

Liz Ard is (now was?) a fixture around Swampy’s ceement pond. Until she showed up on my porch today, so upset that she was oblivious to the ~220 lbs of furry, 4-legged death right on the other side of the front door.
