Has anyone had any expeience with THE MONEY-MAKING IDEAS SYSTEM?

Is it just another motivational program or what?

I haven’t had any experience with that particular system. However, some very wise (and rich) people gave me a similar set of MONEY-MAKING IDEAS SYSTEMs years ago.
It involved continually working to better your skills, not building any bad debt, and saving religiously, smartly, and taking advantage of compound interest. It seems to be a good system so far and I wish more people will adopt it.

I skimmed the site for a few minutes.
It has a few ideas for businesses you can run. Some of them seem viable, although they also seem to be common sense.
It also seems to have at least one very dicy “system” for sale:
“A brilliant mathematician has unleashed a “secret weapon” that can give YOU the “house advantage” every time options buyers roll the dice. And if you have just 3 minutes a week, you could use his system to turn $10,000 into $210,582. Here’s how you get in…”
That part set off my BS detector.
A few other items seemed to offer “get rich with little effort” schemes.
I’m sure the OP knows this, but for anyone out there reading who doesn’t know:
No one gets rich without hard work. Seem people work hard without getting rich, but for at least a few years, every person whose business enriched them worked very hard to make that business thrive.
