Ok now oh boy is this bringing back memories. Am 12 years old again and thrilled to death to see this movie on the big screen. Am going to go with my current favorite member of that cast (it changes)
Carrie Fisher

Darn, I was hoping you’d go with Corvette Summer!
Ok, how about
Sir Alec Guiness then?
On Preview,
The Blues Brothers
Ok now. Danny or John? Danny or John? Let’s go with
Dan Ackroyd
WooHoo! I don’t think we even mentioned this one in the last round…
Exit to Eden (although it bore NO resemblance whatsoever to the book)
Rosie O’Donnell in bondage gear. Oh my eyes! My eyes!
Was there really a book? You’re sure you’re not thinking of the Steinbeck masterpiece?
LMAO! No, not the Steinbeck novel. This was Anne Rice writing under Roquellere (I hope I spelled that correctly).
The murder plot isn’t even a subplot in the book. It centers around Mistress Lisa and her favorite sub, and it gets much more…uh…in depth…than the movie. Rosie O’Donnell & Dan Aykroyd’s characters are nowhere near that book. It made me blush several times (not an easy task).
Thanks a lot. I could’ve gone through life happily without having heard those words.
If Rosie’s your pick, I’ll go with Harriet the Spy. (I remember when it was a big deal because it was, IIRC, Nickelodeon’s first movie. )
J. Cameron-Smith.
Y’know, Rosie was actually pretty good in Exit to Eden. Aside from the hideous scene (which was thankfully short) of her in bondage wear, I really liked her in it. Just wish they would’ve used a different name. Hate it when they mess up some of my favorite books.
In and Out
ok you have forced me to play the Joan Cusack card. So there!
That’s not so wrong. I call just about any movie which includes her brother.
Grosse Point Blank
Aren’t they just the best? LOL. They like to work with their friends like Jeremy Piven.
I find Jeremy Piven strangely charismatic.
Singles - Great soundtrack to this if you like grunge, although I find a couple of the songs haven’t aged well.
[If this game ever ends maybe we can try a link game of movie-soundtrack artist-movie… but you’d probably have to allow repeats]
Bridget Fonda
I almost said Coming Home, but then realized I was thinking of her aunt… Mostly drawing a blank right now so how about La Femme…, uh, I mean, Point of No Return.
One of my favorite characters in that movie was played by Anne Bancroft. It is definitely a guilty pleasure of mine.
So did you like her performance in The Miracle Worker?
Yes I did. I also loved Patty Duke too.
I always seem to forget that Sean Astin is the child of Ms. Patty Duke and Gomez, until I hear something about one of the parents. You think that he’d look goofier than he does.
Valley of the Dolls
