I would like to proudly point out that it was me who nominated the thread for threadspotting when it was just a wee little baby thread. Yeah, I got an eye for the good 'uns, I do.
I was a little frightened of chasing Muslim Guy away. It was obvious he was investing a lot of time and effort into answering the questions. I thought he’d be swamped. But he and Talmerlane were and still are real troopers.
Another thread to put into the instant classic: Great Threads of the SDMB. [sub]Somebody should really put that book together.
Just a bit more applause for Muslim Guy and Tamerlane. A fine thread that is.
And Muslim Guy? I certainly hope you’ll frequent other forums and threads. Please don’t go back to lurking.
