I’m not normally a grammar putz, but wouldn’t an “anti-Semitism” group be a group of anti-semites? Isn’t that kind of the opposite of what the ADL is?

I’m with you on this one Revtim. I think that was a lapsus calami on the part of the author of the article.

In a similar vein, I heard a political commentator on CNN describe a Republican governor as “…anti-taxes, anti-gun control, and anti-life…”

Although I suppose maybe the 2nd position is just a natural extension of the 3rd. :wink:

Which makes one wonder: How many heart attacks did the head of the ADL have when he read that?
