I find the show really clever, too. I missed that one about golf- will have to check it out.
Well the Bird-Kersees sure managed to throw a nice Oscar party on a fast food manager and barista’s income. 
Well episode 18 was kinda boring except for Larry & Jackie’s cross-dressing and Reggie & Jane’s role play. Episode 17 was pretty good, but I’m a sucker for musical numbers. I saw it being the wrong Indians a mile away though. 
Enjoy it while it lasts.

I watched tonight’s episode “live”; better than last week’s, but I think they missed a few opportunities with the Bird-Kersees first experience with commercial are travel.
OK, the season (series?) finale is this week, and Larry’s sexy evil brother seems to have succeeded in convincing Larry to order everyone back home. Also Reggie can apparently turn human permanently and somebody in the Weaver house is pregnant.
I just no longer can bring myself to care about this series. It seems to have lost it’s funny somehow.
I really want to see season 3, but I’m also satisfied with that as a series finale too. 
So Larry’s pregnant, the rest of the Zabvronians are gone, and the rest of the neighbourhood is going human. I liked Amber explaining to Reggie all the reasons why he should re consider becoming human (especially shortening his lifespan by millennia), and all the little digs at the 4th wall. And the dancing around how important their mission is without actually mentioning what their mission is.
Which was explained in the pilot as assessing Earth for possible colonization
He’s to hoping it get’s renewed in some form; mid-season replacement, ABC Family, Hulu, web series, etc.
Well it’s been cancelled; not that this is a big surprise.
Too bad these shows don’t get to do a final send-off show so they could wrap up some of the loose ends. Neighbors was kind of sly with their nods to knowing they are part of a tv show. I bet a true final show would be hilarious.
I can say with all honesty, I never heard of this show (I think I’ve seen the title in lists of TV shows that are on) but never read anything about it, never heard anyone talk about it, or ever read a review.
