I don’t really have any more to add. I guess I can say it again though for those who didnt read the title, Korns new CD blows in huge ways. Not a single good song on there. I was annoyed by the third time I heard “Here to Stay” on the radio, but decided to give them a chance. Bad choice. Should just downloaded it. I was hoping we would hear from the Korn that was on the first CD, but all we got was this overproduced bullshit Nu-Metal.

I hate Disurbed. Disturbed, please go away.

Has korn ever been anything but nu-metal ?

I think were going to see a backlash againts alternative new metal neo punk ect just like we did 80s metal very soon

Korn started the craze thats for sure. But their old stuff sounds much different to me than the nu-metal. The only similarity is the step or 2 down tuned guitars

Shit like Linkin Park, Papa Roach, Disturbed (I hate these fuckers), Soil, Limp Shittskit, all needs to go. I only hope it doesnt take some decent new bands with them. Killswitch Engage is one of them. Kind of a Nu-Metal flavor, but more straight up metal than most.

Korn is and always has been a one-dimentional band. That dimention is “suck”.

The nu-metal market is so oversaturated right now I cant see how it is still going on. Reminds me of the early 90s and the death of glam/ hair bands. Its a shame really, at least **Poison[b/] could play guitar and had a singer who could, uh, sing. I’m just waiting for the new Nirvana to come along and stick a knife in this pathetic “mallcore” genre…

Like I said above, I only hope that some of the newer bands on Roadrunner, SolidState, and Victory dont get murdered with the bullshit that is on the radio all day long. There are some good metal bands out there and it would be a shame for all of metal to become a joke because of Disturbed or Linkin Puke.

I am waiting for them to make “Spinal Tap 2002 - Tap goes Nu-Metal”. That would be awsome.
