I’m still liking this show. It’s not as good as *Invasion *was, but still kinda cool.
That whole this with Eva was so predictable.
So are the DA and the cop going to hook up? That’s what the previews looked like.
Maybe Eva wasn’t the inside “man”, but do you think someone was?
Why isn’t Malcolm’s daughter meeting with the group? I only remember her being at one, when they met at her house to tell her what they remembered.
What was DA lady altering in the police report?
Getting to like the characters more and more. The writers are doing a great job of moving the story along and covering all the characters pretty well even though there are so many.
Glad I stuck with it past the first couple of episodes.

DA lady wasn’t altering anything, she was taking notes on what was in Eva’s file.
Interesting. I don’t know if I believe Eva was completely innocent, though.
I’m handing in there. Are they going to put this on hiatus after next week like Lost?
Not a bad ep, but I’m way over Franny and (especially) Dr. Jeremy. Malcolm rocks, however.
I’m watching it mainly for John Billingsley and his character, but the others are starting to grow on me.
I didn’t buy the excuse Franny gave that Eva kept altering her departure date in hopes that Nick would come in to the bank and ask her out on a date. I’m in a similar situation with a cop at the moment…waiting around for him to stop in my store during his infrequent shifts, hoping he’ll ask me out…but I wouldn’t go to that much expense just to hang around waiting for him, especially when money is tight. $300 is $300 bucks!
