The official election day 2012 thread: 11/6/12

So where the fuck is Mittens? It’s time to concede. Show some class at the end.

“Proceed, Governor.” – B. H. Obama

You and me both, dearest. O-H!

Hey ho way to go Ohio.

Details?

Fox News is disputing Secretariat’s victory in the Belmont Stakes.

CNN calls NV for Obama.

Even if Fox was right and OH is still in play, Romney has to sweep all of the undecided states – and he’s trailing in every state that never elected Palin as governor.

Hey how are they calling Ohio? It still seems really tight. Not to piss on anybody’s parade or anything, just curious.

Fox News is disputing FDR’s third Presidential election. Details to follow…

Cleveland, basically. Obama is running where he needs to be state-wide to win, and most of the outstanding vote is in Cuyahoga.

Times like these I wish I had cable…

Give it to us Mitt! You know how bad we want to hear you say it! Come on baby…say it!

Romney now up 2000 votes in Ohio. I’m finding this humourous. Although if my math is right Ohio doesn’t even matter anymore with Nevada and Colorado going blue.

Heh. I didn’t want to get an ulcer, So I just kept this and this up side-by-side and only paid attention to the details in the toss-up states, and watching out for surprises that never came.

That beat the** hell** out of trying to glean what was going down from the talking heads. (Only turned on the actual video to see how people were reacting when the election was called, because that’s golden.)

Because the remaining areas to be counted are *heavily *Democratic.

who is the Brit commentator on Faux? Seems weird to me to have a limey commenting on septic politics

HuffPo is showing Obama at 290 votes, if you take out Ohio’s 18 he’s still over 270 to win. The fact that they’re refusing to concede Ohio is a waste of time. Concede the race, already.

The President is on! He’s on every channel, we’re gonna miss Flipper!

I’m still anxiously awaiting the results of Minnesota’s proposed amendment to install bigotry in our state constitution.

Maryland is extremely close…Equality is winning 51%-49% with 84% of the vote in.
