The Official I-Gotta-Share-Cute-Pet-Pictures thread

I just got my new puppy home last week , and also adopted a kitty who was a burn victem … 2 pets in one week is a record for me ! But I have been busy getting some great pics of the kids , and wanted to share . I would love to see y’all’s favorite pet pics , too !

… and to all , a good night

Wow. That’s a beautiful dog and beautiful puppy!

I like yer cats too. I thought Charlie was cool when you first introduced him to us shortly after bringing him home.

I bet yer house is crowded and comfy all at the same time, isn’t it?

I’ll play! My Jasper dog is very photogenic, as seen here

I do have other dogs. Here’s Ivan. He’s a grumpy old man.

This is my old Cammie dog. She’s a sweet old lady.

I love my dogs.

Jasper really IS photogenic ! He poses for you . My old man Corey , waiting at the Rainbow Bridge was a poser too . If a camera came out , Corey thought it was JUST for him !

All your dogs are beautiful . I have a soft spot in my heart for the old guys . Nothin’ like an old dog nuzzling your face .

I love my dogs (and kitties !) too !!

Here’s a funny picture in which my leg is being attacked by killer kitties.

The same kitties taking a rest after the leg-mauling.

Nice kitties. And may I say – nice leg?

ok, since I de-lurked I will play:

our most recent addition is Big Jesse . He is a rescue ferret as he was found wandering outside with crush injuries and nails so overgrown they were in almost a complete circle. (for those that don’t know, American ferrets are strictly domestic and cannot survive out in the wild. )

And here is Little Bit again attacking the paparazzi, saying “Enough pictures - wanna play!!”

Enjoy,
Shan

Why, thank you! They say the legs are the last thing to go on us old gals. Of course, they go a lot faster if they are shredded by kittens.

I’m inclined to agree with you on the leg question. Of course, it all depends what you consider “old.”

Here’s the home page of Katie, the Wonder Dog

My favorite picture of her

Another One

She’s my daughter’s best friend, and maybe the best dog I’ve ever had.

I’m lovin’ it ! So good to be among fellow pet lovers ! Keep 'em coming !

Here’s my monsterously energetic dog, Charlotte. She’s a female German Pointer/Dalmation mix. Just a giant bundle of energy. First picture is when she first came home, last picture was about a month ago after an hour or so of chasing stuff down at the dog park.

Charlotte.

Well; 'slong as we’re on the subject. Bet my Border Collie can be lazier than yours. Ha!

Cute pics, people! Hopefully these links work:

Ooo! I just took some new pics of my rattie girls, and my lizards…
The lizards were in a funny position the other day…one was hanging upside-down, and the other was hanging off his shoulders like it was the most natural thing ever. I had to get a photo.

First, the rat girls… Lola, Bettina, and part of Cookie (L to R)…and in this one, same rats , different order, and Lola probably wishing that was a real banana.

And here, my green anoles Byron & Audrey in a sexy pose.
In this one, same pose, with a view from the top.

And I gotta say, those are all some darn happy-looking, well cared for pets. PapSett, I love the first pic of Kharma!

OK, you folks have some mighty cute animals! However, I have the bar-none most handsome dog there is!

We rescued Padraic from the local pound, so we don’t know his lineage. I usually tell people that he’s a Lab/Bison mix, but we think that he’s primarily Mastiff and Great Dane. He is a wonderful, sweet, loving dog (who can tow a house if he feels like it).

Here is Padraic when we first brought him home. We knew he would get big, but no one expected . . .

THIS!

Here he is on one of our many tramps through the woods.

And here he poses among the shamrocks (fitting for his name).

Hopefully, you can now understand where my user name comes from!

Pictures of my very cute bunnies, Billie and Murray. They’re cutest when they beg for treats, but I don’t have any pictures of that yet.

I want a dog. All these cute doggie pictures make me :frowning: . I went to a shelter last week, and it was really hard to leave without a dog.
