Zoiks! Is anyone going to make it for the hike??
Right now, it looks like Bill and I are the only definites, and with my bum pelvis, I’ve actually been kind of dreading it. We could easily call off the hike part of the day if nobody wants to do it.

I was planning on showing for the hike, but I’m concerned about the weather, or to be more accurate, I’m concerned about being rained on. It was going to be an excuse to show off my new motorcycle and such.
Okay, no more annoying whining. I’m up for it. And besides, when I got home from work today, my wife cheerfully informed me that I had given her my cold. So…not only do I not have a cold anymore (having given it to my wife), going out to dinner sounds better than hanging around with a sick wife.
I’ll email ya tomorra.

I had a GREAT time last night. It was a lot of fun meeting all y’all, and the trip to Jersey was worth it.
I am now twisting Airman’s arm to go to NY this January. My efforts aren’t meeting with much resistance.

Jerseydiamond and I feel really bad for not making it Saturday night. Our escapades are already in my “Joe cool is a really bad guy and a bigot” thread in the Pit. But we are really looking forward to January.

Strangely, the only two dopers there who actually live in Jersey were me and Wonko.
