Well it took some time but I have just about finished my Christmas shopping.
What a pita, I did it all on Amazon and some of the stuff didn’t have free shipping and the shipping came out to be more than the price of the stuff. So I deleted everything without free sipping, added everything up again, went back and shopped some more.
I have a few more things to get and I am done.
Until it gets delivered, unpacked, sorted out, wrapped, placed under the tree, delivered and opened. Then I am officially DONE!
Why do you think the Twuck always needs new “shoes”? 
I am home and there is very hot water coming out of the taps at my buddies casa. I did not cut myself at all and there was only one extra parts run, not too shabby if I can say so myself. We also fixed the vent stack for the kitchen sink, tore out an unsafe railing and removed an old box fan suspended about 12’ in the air.
I have been Tetched in the head from the get go, but you guys already know that.

Ok, I got one buncha collards cleaned tonight. I am not doin’ the other one tonight because I’s tahrd. The one I cleaned is now in da freezer. Cleanin’ collards is some irk let me tell ya.
A friend of mine had a kitty crawl up in the engine of his SUV unbeknownst to my friend. Needless to say it was kinda ick. Ever tried to get smushed kitty out of an engine? “Engine Kitty” hung around for about a week before the last of its remains were cleaned out. We considered a version of “Soft Kitty” for “Engine Kitty” but decided that was too sick even for us.

On a lighter note, I made some peach crisp using some of the chunky preserves I canned - it was pretty good, but it needed some melty vanilla ice cream. Oh well…

I talked Sah-son into cutting into his giant (half pound) Reese’s Cup so I got some chocolate. i told him I’d buy him more this Christmas.
I was supposed to hear back from the bank about refinancing my truck today, and I was supposed to hear from the mortgage guy. No rush on either but I wish people would call when they say they will.
Ewwww on the poor kitty but sadly stuff happens.
Does staying outside in windy sub-freezing weather for 15 hours count? Yesterday was the last day of the Ren Faire and “brisk” doesn’t come close to describing it.
During our big charity fundraiser, the weather was dark and in the 20s. BRRR!!
Work was good. It’s weird not dreading Moandays. I just watched An Adventure in Space and Time. It was cool,especially the ending(Spoilers!)

Finally got assorted errands run, phone is acting up (grrr). I need peppermint white chocolate M&Ms, which fortunately I have.
Up, caffeinated, off to work.
I got up early because there was a threat of WINTRY MIX. It’s raining right now, but I don’t trust that we haven’t been WINTRY MIXED upon.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and, well, caffienated already. 'Tis 54 Amurrkin out with a pedicted high of 68 and rain/tstorm/apocalypse which was supposed to start overnight. Right now it’s just drizzly but the radar looks like it’s headed our way. We shall see.
